On March 28, 2019, our partner Starbucks opened reserve bar – a coffee shop created according to the concept of a coffee bar.
Starbucks Reserve Bar is a completely new format of Starbucks coffee shops in Russia. Its special features include a new type of personalized guest service for Starbucks, specialized coffee machines and an expanded menu.
At the Starbucks Reserve Bar, guests will be able to discover alternative types of coffee brewing using the pour over, Chemex and siphon methods, with the latter being presented at Starbucks in Russia for the first time. This method of brewing coffee gives the drink a balanced taste, and the impressive brewing technique is impressive and reminiscent of a fascinating chemical process. The main innovation will be the Black Eagle semi-automatic three-horn espresso machine from Victoria Arduino, a legendary Italian manufacturer known since 1905.
In addition, the Starbucks Reserve concept offers beans of exotic varieties, collected in small quantities in remote corners of the planet. At the Russian Starbucks Reserve Bar this spring you will be able to try the unique Ethiopia Bitta Farm variety - medium-bodied coffee with bright notes of jasmine and orange, grown on the Bitta farm in the Ethiopian Kaffa region.
