After-party Mule

Ingredients:

• 10 ml ODK Cardamom syrup
• 20 ml ODK “Pear” puree
• 20 ml lime concentrate
• 70 ml ginger beer
• 5-7 ice cubes

Cooking method:

1. Pour puree, syrup and concentrate into a chilled glass
2. Add ice
3. Pour in ginger beer and stir thoroughly
4. Decorate with pear slice

Garnish: dried pear slice
