Ingredients:
- 10 ml ODK Cardamom syrup
- 20 ml ODK “Pear” puree
- 20 ml lime concentrate
- 70 ml ginger beer
- 5-7 ice cubes
Cooking method:
- Pour puree, syrup and concentrate into a chilled glass
- Add ice
- Pour in ginger beer and stir thoroughly
- Decorate with pear slice
Garnish: dried pear slice
