- 30 ml “Beetroot” puree
- lump ice
- 1 mint sprig (garnish)
- 2 slices ginger root (garnish)
- 10 ml lime juice
- 20 g lime (garnish)
- 50 ml vodka
- 170 ml ginger beer
Decor : Lime wedges, ginger slices and mint blossoms.
Cooking method :
- 1. Fill the mug to the top with ice;
- 2. Pour in mashed potatoes, lime juice, vodka and ginger beer;
- 3. Mix well;
- 4. Decorate.
