Ingredients:
- 20 ml P&D Irish Cream syrup
- 10 ml P&D “Vanilla” syrup
- 150 ml cream 11%
- 30 ml pasteurized egg yolk
- 100 ml dark beer
Cooking method:
- Place all ingredients except beer into the pitcher
- Warm up with a steam outlet
- Pour into a glass and add beer
- Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Serving container: Crystal wine glass 340ml D=60,H=172mm clear.
