Butterbeer

Ingredients:

• 20 ml P&D Irish Cream syrup
• 10 ml P&D “Vanilla” syrup
• 150 ml cream 11%
• 30 ml pasteurized egg yolk
• 100 ml dark beer

Cooking method:

1. Place all ingredients except beer into the pitcher
2. Warm up with a steam outlet
3. Pour into a glass and add beer
4. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Serving container: Crystal wine glass 340ml D=60,H=172mm clear.
