- 15 ml P&D Raspberry syrup
- 15 ml P&D Yellow Banana syrup
- lump ice
- 20 ml lime juice
- 20 ml egg white
- 50 ml gin
Decor : Raspberries and banana leaf.
Cooking method :
- Chill the glass with crushed ice;
- Pour all ingredients into shaker;
- Fill a shaker with crushed ice;
- Shake the drink well;
- Remove ice from shaker and shake again;
- Remove the ice from the glass and pour the drink into the glass using a strainer;
- Decorate.
