Cocktail Blooming Margot

Ingredients:

• 30 ml CODE Cordial “Blackcurrant / Pineapple Express / Lavender”
• 50 g pineapple
• 50 ml white tequila
• 30 ml Triple Sec liqueur
• 30 ml lime juice

Decoration: lavender sprigs

Cooking method:

1. Chill the glass with crushed ice
2. Fill the majority of the shaker 2/3 full with crushed ice.
3. Place pineapple in a small part of the shaker and mash it with a muddler .
4. Pour all remaining ingredients into small part of shaker
5. Drain most of the shaker, close the shaker and shake all ingredients well.
6. Remove ice from the glass and pour the drink into the glass using a strainer
7. Decorate the drink

Serving container: Champagne saucer “America 20x” glass 275ml D=10.7,H=14cm clear.
