Cocktail Cooler pear with strawberries

• 10 ml “Strawberry” syrup
• 20 ml “Pear Williams” puree
• lump ice
• 20 ml lime juice
• 20 ml egg white
• 45 ml gin
• 60 ml apple juice

Cooking method :

• 1. Mix ingredients without ice;
• 2. Add ice and chill in a shaker;
• 3. Pour into a glass through a strainer;
• 4. Decorate.
