Ingredients:

• 30 ml gin
• 50 ml lemon juice
• 30 ml egg white
• 20 ml martini “Fiero”
• 30 ml CODE Cordial "Fukumoto Orange, French Vanilla, Salt"

Decoration:

• inflorescence

Cooking method:

• Place all ingredients in a shaker
• Beat without ice, then add ice and beat again until fluffy.
• Using a double strain (strainer and sieve), pour into a glass
• Decorate the drink
