- 10 ml Pinch&Drop syrup “Cranberry”
- 10 ml Pinch&Drop “Triple Sec” syrup
- 20 ml concentrated lime juice Pinch&Drop
- 20 ml cranberry vodka
- 30 ml egg white
- 50 ml grapefruit juice
- 70 ml sparkling wine

Cooking method :
- 1. Place all ingredients, except sparkling wine, in a shaker and shake well;
- 2. Then add ice cubes and beat again;
- 3. Add chilled sparkling wine to a saucer;
- 4. Pour the contents of the shaker into a saucer using a strainer and a sieve;
