Cocktail gin and tonic with pink pepper

• 20 ml “Pink Pepper” syrup
• lump ice
• 40 ml gin
• 120 ml tonic

Decor : Pink pepper and grapefruit zest.

Cooking method :

• 1. Mix all ingredients in a glass;
• 2. Filled with ice;
• 3. Mix gently;
• 4. Decorate.
