Ingredients:
- 30 ml CODE Cordial “Lemon Crumble”
- 60 ml gin
- 30 ml dry vermouth
Decoration: citrus marmalade
Cooking method:
- Chill the glass with crushed ice
- Fill a mixing glass 2/3 full with crushed ice.
- Pour in all ingredients and mix well
- Remove chunks of ice from the mixing glass
- Pour the drink into a glass using a julep strainer.
- Decorate the drink
Serving container: Champagne saucer “Novecento Liberty” glass 220ml D=90,H=124mm clear.
