Ingredients:

Decoration: citrus marmalade

Cooking method:

  1. Chill the glass with crushed ice
  2. Fill a mixing glass 2/3 full with crushed ice.
  3. Pour in all ingredients and mix well
  4. Remove chunks of ice from the mixing glass
  5. Pour the drink into a glass using a julep strainer.
  6. Decorate the drink

Serving container: Champagne saucer “Novecento Liberty” glass 220ml D=90,H=124mm clear.
