- 5 ml Green Apple syrup
- 5 ml “Nougat” syrup
- 5 ml Blue Curaçao syrup
- 1 glass of crushed ice
- 10 g fresh ginger
- 10 ml Triple Sec liqueur
- 20 ml lime juice
- 40 ml white rum
- 50 ml coconut water
Decor : Mint inflorescence, Marshmallow and powdered sugar.
Cooking method :
- 1. Place ingredients and ice in a blender bowl;
- 2. Beat well;
- 3. Fill the glass with ice and strain the finished mix into it;
- 4. Insert a straw and place a cap of crushed ice on top;
- 5. Decorate.
