Cocktail Juniper ice

• 20 ml Pinch&Drop “Pear” syrup
• 30 ml concentrated lime juice Pinch&Drop
• lump ice
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 20 ml cointreau
• 30 ml gin

Decor : Juniper berries.

Cooking method :

• 1. Pour all ingredients into a glass;
• 2. Add lump ice;
• 3. Mix well;
• 4. Decorate.

The Juniper Ice cocktail is a combination of Angostura, Cointreau and gin with pear and lime juice.

Alcoholic cocktails are drinks made by mixing two or more ingredients, at least one of which is alcoholic. Aperitifs are traditionally drunk before meals, as they whet the appetite, and digestifs - sweet or slightly sour - are served during or after a meal.
