Cocktail Lemon Tart

• 20 ml Pinch&Drop Lemon Tart syrup
• lump ice
• 40 ml cognac
• 50 ml pineapple juice
• 140 ml foam from 10% whipped cream

Cooking method :

• 1. Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice;
• 2. Beat well;
• 3. Pour into a chilled glass using a strainer;
• 4. Place foam on top.

Cocktail Lemon Tart - a combination of cognac with lemon tart and pineapple juice.
