- 20 ml Pinch&Drop Lemon Tart syrup
- lump ice
- 40 ml cognac
- 50 ml pineapple juice
- 140 ml foam from 10% whipped cream

Cooking method :
- 1. Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice;
- 2. Beat well;
- 3. Pour into a chilled glass using a strainer;
- 4. Place foam on top.
