  • 10 ml Lavender syrup
  • 20 ml Blueberry syrup
  • lump ice
  • sprig of lavender (decoration)
  • 1 shot of espresso (30 ml)
  • 120 ml tonic

Decor : Lavender sprig.

Cooking method :

  • 1. Pre-brew espresso;
  • 2. Pour syrups and a little tonic into a serving glass;
  • 3. Mix well;
  • 4. Fill the glass 2/3 with ice and carefully add tonic;
  • 5. Carefully pour a portion of espresso and add the missing ice;
  • 6. Decorate.
