Cooking method :
- 1. Pre-brew espresso;
- 2. Pour syrups and a little tonic into a serving glass;
- 3. Mix well;
- 4. Fill the glass 2/3 with ice and carefully add tonic;
- 5. Carefully pour a portion of espresso and add the missing ice;
- 6. Decorate.
