Ingredients:
- 10 ml P&D Damask Rose syrup
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 20 ml P&D Strawberry puree
- 40 ml light rum
- 20 ml dry vermouth
- 30 ml egg white
Decoration:
- pink dried flower
Cooking method:
- Place all ingredients in a shaker
- Shake without ice
- Then add ice and beat again until fluffy.
- Using a double strain (strainer and sieve), pour into a glass
- Decorate the drink
