Cocktail pink dawn

Ingredients:

  • 10 ml P&D Damask Rose syrup
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 20 ml P&D Strawberry puree
  • 40 ml light rum
  • 20 ml dry vermouth
  • 30 ml egg white

Decoration:

  • pink dried flower

Cooking method:

  • Place all ingredients in a shaker
  • Shake without ice
  • Then add ice and beat again until fluffy.
  • Using a double strain (strainer and sieve), pour into a glass
  • Decorate the drink
