Cocktail Pisco sour pear with kumquat

  • 20 ml “Pear Williams” puree
  • lump ice
  • 2 kumquat slices (garnish)
  • 20 ml egg white
  • 25 ml lemon juice
  • 45 ml brandy Pisco

Decor : Kumquat slices.

Cooking method :

  • 1. Mix the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice;
  • 2. Shake vigorously;
  • 3. Pour into a glass;
  • 4. Decorate.
