Cocktail Red taste of Sicily

Ingredients:

• 30 ml CODE Cordial “Rhubarb / Raspberry / Sicilian Lemon”
• 30 g strawberries
• 30 g raspberries
• 20 ml lemon juice
• 50 ml vodka

Garnish: lemon zest and raspberries

Cooking method:

1. Chill the glass with crushed ice
2. Fill the majority of the shaker 2/3 full with crushed ice.
3. Place the berries in a small part of the shaker and mash them with a muddler.
4. Pour all remaining ingredients into small part of shaker
5. Drain most of the shaker, close the shaker and shake all ingredients well.
6. Remove ice from the glass and pour the drink into the glass using a strainer and sieve.
7. Decorate the drink

Serving container: Mixology wine glass 150ml D=69,H=147mm clear.
