Cocktail sour with basil

  • 20 ml Basil syrup
  • lump ice
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 30 ml egg white
  • 50 ml gin

Decor : Basil inflorescence.

Cooking method :

  • 1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker;
  • 2. Fill the shaker 2/3 full with cube ice;
  • 3. Shake the drink well;
  • 4. Pour the drink into a glass using a strainer;
  • 5. Decorate.
