- 10 ml Pinch&Drop syrup “Vanilla”
- 20 ml Pinch&Drop “Raspberry” syrup
- 1 pinch pink pepper
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 3 clove buds
- 30 g grapefruit
- 30 g tangerine
- 30 ml brandy
- 50 ml orange juice
- 80 ml grapefruit juice
Decor : Mint leaves and grapefruit slice.
Cooking method :
- 1. Place the fruits in the pitcher and mash with a muddler;
- 2. Add remaining ingredients;
- 3. Warm up the coffee machine with the steam pipe;
- 4. Pour the contents into a glass;
- 5. Decorate.
