Ingredients:
- 40 ml gin
- 30 ml red vermouth
- 4 dashes of Angostura
- 10 ml P&D Maple syrup

- Kumquat in caramel crust
Cooking method:
- Place all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
- Mix well
- Using a strainer, pour into a glass with ice.
- Decorate the drink
