- 15 ml Pink Pepper syrup
- lump ice
- 20 ml lime juice
- 40 ml light rum
Decor : Lemon zest.
Cooking method :
- 1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker;
- 2. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously;
- 3. Pour through a strainer into a chilled glass-saucer;
- 4. Garnish with lemon zest.
