Egg-nog from America

• 30 ml of syrup “Spekulos Cookies”
• lump ice
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 pinch nutmeg
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 3 clove buds
• 30 ml bourbon
• 50 ml milk
• 70 ml cream 10%

Cooking method :

• 1. Pour syrup into a glass;
• 2. Fill the glass with chunky ice;
• 3. Add all other ingredients;
• 4. Mix well.

There are a great many eggnog recipes, but the drink must include eggs, milk, sugar and a strong alcoholic drink; you can add spices to taste.
