- 10 ml Tarragon syrup
- 20 ml “Pear Williams” puree
- lump ice
- 20 ml egg white
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 45 ml gin
- 60 ml soda
Decor : Tarragon.
Cooking method :
- 1. Fill the shaker with ice;
- 2. Mix all ingredients except soda in a shaker;
- 3. Shake thoroughly;
- 4. Pour through a strainer into a glass and top up with soda;
- 5. Decorate.
