- lump ice
- 5 ml lime juice
- 15 ml Maraschino liqueur
- 40 ml light rum
Decor : Kumquat slice.
Cooking method :
- 1. Pour ingredients into a shaker filled with ice;
- 2. Shake vigorously;
- 3. Pour through a strainer into a chilled glass-saucer;
- 4. Decorate.
