Cooking method :
- 1. Pour syrups, cognac into a glass and add ice cream;
- 2. Place a funnel on the glass to prepare coffee using the pour-over method;
- 3. Place a filter bag into it and add freshly ground coffee;
- 4. Slowly pour hot water (88°C - 93°C) over the coffee;
- 5. Wait until the glass is completely filled.
