  • 20 ml “Spicy Berries” syrup
  • 1 star anise
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 3 cardamom seeds
  • 3 clove buds
  • 10 g ginger root
  • 10 g orange slices
  • 10 g lemon slices
  • 125 ml dry red wine

Cooking method :

  • 1. Place all ingredients in the pitcher;
  • 2. Warm up the coffee machine with the steam pipe;
  • 3. Mix well;
  • 4. Pour into a glass;
