Ingredients:
- 20 g apple
- 20 g orange
- 20 ml P&D Elderberry syrup
- 200 ml dry white wine
- 4 pieces cardamom
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 carnation inflorescences
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 20 ml P&D “Pineapple” puree
Cooking method:
- Cut apple and orange into small cubes
- Place all components into the pitcher
- Warm up with a steam outlet
- Pour into a glass
Serving container: Double wall glass “Prootel” thermal glass 350ml D=80,H=115mm clear.
