- 15 ml ODK “Pear” puree
- 15 ml ODK Banana puree
- cinnamon stick
- 10 ml lime juice
- 15 g lime
- 30 ml spiced rum
- 250 ml rooibos tea
Decor : Lime slices and cinnamon stick.
Cooking method :
- Pre-brew rooibos tea;
- Mix all ingredients in a pitcher;
- Warm up using a steamer;
- Pour into a glass;
- Decorate.
