- 10 ml Pinch&Drop syrup “Strawberry”
- 20 ml Pinch&Drop “Watermelon” syrup
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 star anise
- 1 pinch juniper berries
- 5 clove buds
- 5 cardamom seeds
- 5 ml balsamic sauce
- 40 g lingonberries
- 170 ml dry white wine
Decor : Cinnamon sticks.
Cooking method :
- 1. Place lingonberries and syrups in a pitcher;
- 2. Mash with a muddler;
- 3. Add the remaining ingredients;
- 4. Warm up the coffee machine with the steam pipe;
- 5. Pour into a glass.
