- 15 ml Black Tea Masala syrup
- 30 ml “Mandarin” syrup
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 30 ml dark rum
- 250 ml rooibos tea
Decor : Sliced lemon slice.
Cooking method :
- 1. Pre-brew rooibos tea;
- 2. Mix all ingredients in a pitcher;
- 3. Heat using a steamer;
- 4. Pour into a glass;
- 5. Decorate.
