- 15 ml Pink Pepper syrup
- 15 ml “Mango” puree
- lump ice
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 40 ml light rum
- 60 ml coconut water
Decor : Mint leaves.
Cooking method :
- 1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker;
- 2. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously;
- 3. Pour through a strainer into a Tiki glass pre-filled with crushed ice;
- 4. Decorate.
