Unfiltered Citrus Beer Mix with Pineapple

• 15 ml Curacao Triple Sec syrup
• 20 ml “Pineapple” puree
• lump ice
• 200 ml light unfiltered beer

Decor : Pineapple slices and lime slices.

Cooking method :

• 1. Pour puree and syrup into a glass;
• 2. Add 100 ml of light beer and mix well;
• 3. Fill the glass with chunky ice and add another 100 ml of light beer;
• 4. Mix gently;
• 5. Decorate.
