Ingredients:
- 20 ml ODK “Peach” puree
- 15 ml ODK Mojito syrup
- 20 ml lemon concentrate
- 100 ml dry white wine
- 50 ml hot water
- 1 bag/2 g green tea
Cooking method:
- In a small pitcher, brew green tea in 50 ml of hot water for 2 minutes.
- At the same time, pour puree, syrup, wine, lemon concentrate into a large pitcher
- Pour the brewed tea into the prepared mixture
- Warm everything up using a cappuccino maker
- Pour into a glass and garnish
Decoration: star anise
