White mulled wine

Ingredients:

• 20 ml ODK “Peach” puree
• 15 ml ODK Mojito syrup
• 20 ml lemon concentrate
• 100 ml dry white wine
• 50 ml hot water
• 1 bag/2 g green tea

Cooking method:

1. In a small pitcher, brew green tea in 50 ml of hot water for 2 minutes.
2. At the same time, pour puree, syrup, wine, lemon concentrate into a large pitcher
3. Pour the brewed tea into the prepared mixture
4. Warm everything up using a cappuccino maker
5. Pour into a glass and garnish

Decoration: star anise
