  • 15 ml of “Chocolate-Nut” topping
  • 20 ml Creme Brulee syrup
  • 1 shot of espresso (30 ml)
  • 75 ml cream 11%
  • 75 ml milk

Decor : Whipped cream, hazelnuts and MONIN caramel.

Cooking method :

  • 1. Pre-brew espresso;
  • 2. Place all ingredients in the pitcher;
  • 3. Beat with the steam wand of a coffee machine;
  • 4. Mix well;
  • 5. Decorate the inner walls of the mug with a MONIN caramel marker ;
  • 6. Pour the drink into a mug.
