- 20 ml French Vanilla syrup
- 1 shot of espresso (30 ml)
- 2 g salt
- 6 g edible charcoal (powder)
- 170 ml milk

Cooking method :
- 1. Pre-brew espresso;
- 2. Pour espresso, syrups, 50 ml of hot milk into a milk jug, add charcoal;
- 3. Stir until smooth;
- 4. Pour the finished mixture into a serving glass;
- 5. Beat the remaining milk (120 ml) with the steam pipe of the coffee machine;
- 6. Pour using the classic technique;
- 7. Decorate.
