- lump ice
- 1 shot of espresso (30 ml)
- 150 ml tonic
Decor : Orange zest, mint inflorescence and coffee beans.
Cooking method :
- 1. Pre-brew espresso;
- 2. Pour syrup and espresso into a glass;
- 3. Fill the glass with chunky ice;
- 4. Pour in tonic;
- 5. Mix well;
- 6. Decorate.
