- 10 ml Pinch&Drop “Mandarin” syrup
- 10 ml Pinch&Drop Lemon Tart syrup
- lump ice
- 1 shot of espresso (30 ml)
- 100 ml tonic
Decor : Orange slice and thyme sprig.
Cooking method :
- 1. Pre-brew espresso;
- 2. Place lump ice in a glass;
- 3. Sequentially layer all the ingredients into a glass (syrups, tonic and espresso);
- 4. Decorate.
