- 30 ml Mojito syrup
- 60 ml Bergamot syrup
- bergamot slice (garnish)
- 200 ml Sprite or 7 up
- 700 ml cold brew coffee
Decor : Slice of bergamot.
Cooking method :
- 1. Pre-brew cold brew coffee;
- 2. Mix all ingredients;
- 3. Cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour;
- 4. Pour into a siphon for iSi nitro cocktails , art. 2120335;
- 5. Carbonate with 1 canister of iSi N₂ nitrogen , art. 2140415;
- 6. Shake the siphon well;
- 7. Pour a portion into a glass
- 8. Decorate.
