Coffee drink with banana and bubble gum

Ingredients:

• P&D “Yellow Banana” syrup 15 ml
• America but (double espresso portion
• foam with “Bubble Gum” flavor 50 ml

Decoration:

• creamy foam and confectionery topping

Method:

• pour yellow banana flavored syrup and coffee into a glass
• decorate the drink with creamy bubble gum flavored foam and confectionery sprinkles

Preparation of foam:

• mix 10% cream - 70 ml, ice cream - 120 g and P&D Bubble Gum syrup 30 ml in a blender until smooth
• pour into creamer
• carbonate with nitrous oxide (N2O), shake well and add as a second layer to the coffee with syrup

Innings:
