- 10 ml “Nougat” syrup
- 15 ml “Salted Caramel” syrup
- 15 g of dry mixture “Coffee”
- 1 glass of crushed ice
- 1 shot of espresso (30 ml)
- 40 g soft ice cream
- 120 ml milk
Decor : Ground cinnamon and cinnamon stick.
Cooking method :
- 1. Pre-brew espresso;
- 2. Place ingredients and 5 ice cubes into a blender bowl;
- 3. Beat for 30 seconds;
- 4. Fill the glass with ice;
- 5. Strain the whipped mix into it through a strainer;
- 6. Place a cap of soft ice cream on top;
- 7. Decorate.
