Flower raff with black currant

Ingredients:

• P&D syrup “Provencal Lavender” 10 ml P&D syrup “Blackcurrant” 10 ml
• espresso shot
• milk 75 ml cream 10% 75 ml

Decoration:

• freeze-dried lavender

Method:

• place all ingredients in pitcher
• froth with the steam wand of the coffee machine
• pour into a mug
• decorate
