Ice coffee Nougat in chocolate

  • 10 ml “Nougat” syrup
  • 15 g dry mix “Chocolate”
  • 1 shot of espresso (30 ml)
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 40 g soft ice cream
  • 120 ml milk

Decor : Chocolate cookie crumbs and mint blossom.

Cooking method :

  • 1. Pre-brew espresso;
  • 2. Place ingredients and ice in a blender bowl;
  • 3. Beat for 30 seconds;
  • 4. Pour through a stainer into a glass;
  • 5. Place a cap of soft ice cream on the drink;
  • 6. Decorate.
