- 15 g dry mix “Chocolate”
- 1 shot of espresso (30 ml)
- 5 ice cubes
- 40 g soft ice cream
- 120 ml milk
Decor : Chocolate cookie crumbs and mint blossom.
Cooking method :
- 1. Pre-brew espresso;
- 2. Place ingredients and ice in a blender bowl;
- 3. Beat for 30 seconds;
- 4. Pour through a stainer into a glass;
- 5. Place a cap of soft ice cream on the drink;
- 6. Decorate.
