Ice latte with banana and salted caramel

• 20 ml MONIN Green Banana syrup
• 20 ml MONIN “Salted Caramel” syrup
• lump ice
• 1 shot of espresso (30 ml)
• 150 ml milk

Decor : Apply MONIN caramel marker to the inner walls of the glass.

Cooking method :

• 1. Pre-brew a shot of espresso;
• 2. Pour syrup into the glass as the first layer;
• 3. Fill the glass with chunky ice;
• 4. Pour a second layer of cold milk;
• 5. Pour espresso into the third layer;
• 6. Decorate.
