- 20 ml MONIN “Salted Caramel” syrup

- 1 shot of espresso (30 ml)
- 150 ml milk
Decor : Apply MONIN caramel marker to the inner walls of the glass.
Cooking method :
- 1. Pre-brew a shot of espresso;
- 2. Pour syrup into the glass as the first layer;
- 3. Fill the glass with chunky ice;
- 4. Pour a second layer of cold milk;
- 5. Pour espresso into the third layer;
- 6. Decorate.
