Ice latte with marmalade

  • 20 ml “Bubble Gum” syrup
  • whipped cream (garnish)
  • lump ice and frappe
  • marmalade (decoration)
  • 1 shot of espresso (30 ml)
  • 10 ml strongly brewed Anchan tea
  • 170 ml milk

Decor : Whipped cream and marmalade

Cooking method :

  • 1. Pre-brew espresso;
  • 2. Pour 50 ml of milk into a glass;
  • 3. Add matcha blue tea;
  • 4. Stir until a homogeneous consistency is obtained;
  • 5. Place lump ice in a glass and add 120 ml of milk;
  • 6. Place ice on top of the frappe and pour in the finished espresso;
  • 7. Decorate.
