- 20 ml “Bubble Gum” syrup
- whipped cream (garnish)
- lump ice and frappe
- marmalade (decoration)
- 1 shot of espresso (30 ml)
- 10 ml strongly brewed Anchan tea
- 170 ml milk

Cooking method :
- 1. Pre-brew espresso;
- 2. Pour 50 ml of milk into a glass;
- 3. Add matcha blue tea;
- 4. Stir until a homogeneous consistency is obtained;
- 5. Place lump ice in a glass and add 120 ml of milk;
- 6. Place ice on top of the frappe and pour in the finished espresso;
- 7. Decorate.
