- 20 ml Praline syrup
- ice (lump and frappe)
- 1 shot of espresso (30 ml)
- 5 g matcha blue tea
- 170 ml milk
Decor : Whipped cream and marmalade.
Cooking method :
- 1. Pre-brew espresso;
- 2. Mix milk with anchan tea (blue matcha tea);
- 3. Place ice in a glass;
- 4. Pour into a glass in layers: syrups, milk mixed with anchan tea (blue matcha tea) and coffee;
- 5. Decorate.
