Iceberg cocktail with matcha blue tea

  • 10 ml “Lychee” syrup
  • 20 ml Praline syrup
  • ice (lump and frappe)
  • 1 shot of espresso (30 ml)
  • 5 g matcha blue tea
  • 170 ml milk

Decor : Whipped cream and marmalade.

Cooking method :

  • 1. Pre-brew espresso;
  • 2. Mix milk with anchan tea (blue matcha tea);
  • 3. Place ice in a glass;
  • 4. Pour into a glass in layers: syrups, milk mixed with anchan tea (blue matcha tea) and coffee;
  • 5. Decorate.
