Latte with Falernum and Speculos cookies

  • 10 ml Falernum syrup
  • 20 ml of syrup “Spekulos Cookies”
  • 1.5 g marker for latte art “Chocolate” (decoration)
  • 1 piece cookies (decoration)
  • 1 piece star anise (decoration)
  • 1 shot of espresso (30 ml)
  • 1.5 g whipped cream (garnish)
  • 120 ml milk

Decor : Whipped cream, “Chocolate” latte art marker, star anise and cookies.

Cooking method :

  • 1. Pre-brew espresso;
  • 2. Pour syrups into a glass;
  • 3. In the pitcher, froth the milk using the steam pipe of the coffee machine;
  • 4. Pour a layer of frothed milk over the syrup;
  • 5. Pour the finished espresso over the milk;
  • 6. Decorate.
