Nitro coffee bumble

• 30 ml Orange Spritz syrup
• 50 ml Pink Pepper syrup
• orange zest
• pink peppercorns
• 300 ml orange juice
• 600 ml cold brew coffee

Decor : Pink peppercorns.

Cooking method :

• 1. Pre-brew cold brew coffee;
• 2. Mix all ingredients;
• 3. Cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour;
• 4. Pour into a siphon for iSi nitro cocktails , art. 2120335;
• 5. Carbonate with 1 canister of iSi N₂ nitrogen , art. 2140415;
• 6. Shake the siphon well;
• 7. Pour a portion into a glass;
• 8. Decorate.
