Nitro Peanut Cookie Latte

• 100 ml “Peanut Cookie” syrup
• 150 ml milk
• 150 ml cream
• 600 ml cold brew coffee

Cooking method :

• 1. Pre-brew cold brew coffee;
• 2. Mix all ingredients;
• 3. Cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour;
• 4. Then pour into the siphon for iSi nitro cocktails , art. 2120335;
• 5. Carbonate with 1 canister of iSi N₂ nitrogen , art. 2140415;
• 6. Shake the siphon well;
• 7. Pour a portion into a glass.
