Pear cream latte

  • 10 ml “Nougat” syrup
  • 15 ml “Pear Williams” puree
  • 1 glass of crushed ice
  • 1 shot of espresso (30 ml)
  • 120 ml soy milk

Decor : Apple and pear chips, citrus zest.

Cooking method :

  • 1. Pre-brew espresso;
  • 2. Pour milk, syrup, puree into the blender bowl and put 5 ice cubes;
  • 3. Beat for 30 seconds;
  • 4. Fill the glass with ice and pour espresso;
  • 5. Using a strainer, pour the whipped aroma milk into a glass;
  • 6. Decorate.
