- 10 ml “Nougat” syrup
- 15 ml “Pear Williams” puree
- 1 glass of crushed ice
- 1 shot of espresso (30 ml)
- 120 ml soy milk
Decor : Apple and pear chips, citrus zest.
Cooking method :
- 1. Pre-brew espresso;
- 2. Pour milk, syrup, puree into the blender bowl and put 5 ice cubes;
- 3. Beat for 30 seconds;
- 4. Fill the glass with ice and pour espresso;
- 5. Using a strainer, pour the whipped aroma milk into a glass;
- 6. Decorate.
